On October 24, 2018, the one and only Marcus Miller released a music video for the song Que Sera Sera. Apart from the famous bassist, the video features the Belgian born vocalist Selah Sue. “The video is a celebration of all types of people and all types of love.” This is what Marcus himself has to say about this release:
“The video is a celebration of all types of people and all types of love. Be who you want to be… Love who you want to love. I decided to take the interpretation of the lyrics a step further to mean having a sense of openness, acceptance and FREEDOM about who you are and how you choose to live your life.”
This is possibly the first music video to a song coming from a Marcus Miller album. Que sera sera is a track taken from this year’s album by the artist, titled Laid Black. Apart from the fact that it is probably the first time Marcus’ own music is accompanied by a video (in this case about love and life choices), it will also feature Marcus himself.
