Today, we inaugurate a new series of articles we have named ‘Bass Gear Worth Knowing‘, by which we aim to introduce you to bass gear producers (bass guitars, amps, cabinets, or effects) not necessarily known to each and every bass maniac out there.
We begin with very interesting Slovakian guitar builders called Sivcak Guitars. Exactly as the name suggests, they manufacture guitars, but also basses. The company was founded in 1990. Ten year later, they kicked off professional hand-made guitar production. They also offer guitar parts.
The company’s product range includes three bass guitar series plus custom instruments. All of them available in four-, five- and six-string versions. Let’s take a look at example instruments available for purchase on the company website.
NDHS is the oldest of Sivcak bass guitar series. Here’s an example:
