> Leo Fender’s 110th birthday

Today marks what would have been Leo Fender‘s 110th birthday. Clarence Leonidas Fender was a piano and saxophone player, not a guitarist. Rumour has it he did not know how to tune a guitar, let alone play a single note using one. Nonetheless, he is one of the most important figures in the world of electric guitar and bass.
